Activating

Your key arrives by email the moment your payment goes through. Open cluepad, paste the whole key — including the CLUEPAD prefix — into the activation window and click Activate. Line breaks from your mail client are fine.

Activation happens entirely on your Mac. Nothing is sent anywhere, and it works with no internet connection.

Moving to another Mac

Open the activation window on the old Mac and click Deactivate, then use the same key on the new one. Your licence covers three Macs at a time.

Lost your key?

Email hello@shubhamraut.tech from the address you bought with and we will re-send it. Include the order number from your receipt if you still have it — it makes this instant.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email us and we will refund you.

If the price changes

Your licence stays valid forever regardless of what cluepad costs later. The price is not recorded in the key, and there is no renewal to lapse.
