Get your download link
Your licence key was emailed the moment your payment went through. If you cannot find it, we will re-send it.
1. Check your email first
Search your inbox for CluePad or Dodo Payments. The receipt and the key arrive separately, and the key often lands in Promotions or Updates rather than the main inbox.
2. Download the app
The download is public — you do not need the key to get the app, only to run it.
3. Ask us to re-send your key
Email us from the address you bought with and we will send it back, usually the same day. Including the order number from your receipt makes it instant.
Moving to a new Mac? You do not need a new key. Open the activation window on the old Mac, click Deactivate, then use the same key on the new one. See licence & activation.
