If CluePad is not what you needed, email us within 14 days and we refund you. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask
Email hello@shubhamraut.tech from the address you bought with. Include the order number from your receipt if you have it. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
It stops being valid. Please remove CluePad from any Mac you activated it on.
If it simply is not working
Try us first — most problems are a Gatekeeper prompt or a licence key that got line-wrapped in an email, and both take a minute to fix. See support. If it still is not right, the refund stands regardless.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live. If your local law gives you a longer cooling-off period, that applies.
