Short, because there is not much to say.

What you are buying

A perpetual licence to use cluepad on up to three Macs that you own or control. It does not expire and there is nothing to renew.

What you may not do

Share, resell or publish your licence key. Keys identify the buyer, so a key that turns up in public can be traced and retired.

Refunds

Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@shubhamraut.tech.

Updates

Updates are included. If a future version ever becomes a separate paid product, the version you bought keeps working exactly as it does today.

What cluepad does not promise

cluepad excludes its windows from macOS screen capture, and this is tested against Zoom, Teams, Meet, QuickTime, OBS and the built-in screen recorder. It relies on macOS behaviour that Apple does not formally document, and it cannot protect against anything outside that system — a camera pointed at your display, an HDMI capture device, AirPlay mirroring, or someone remote-controlling your Mac.

cluepad is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
